Our
Legacy
Built for Players Who Love the Game
Legacy Lacrosse Center was built to give players something we believe is missing in youth sports:
A true home for development.
A place where a player can pick up a stick for the first time, build their skills, become a better athlete, learn their position, compete, and continue being challenged as they improve.
We aren’t interested in development ending when a camp ends or a season is over.
We want players to have a place to keep getting better.
Most clubs just focus on winning - give the fast 4th grader the ball and everyone cheer for the win. Ethan Lahoda and Legacy are the exception. Ethan attracts the best (see Casey Powell) and is highly respected in the lacrosse world. He is development-focused on the individual and the team.
I really don't know anyone else in Colorado I can say that about. In Colorado I trust my lax players' development, my 2029 Fairview sophomore daughter and my 2035 4th grade son, to Ethan and only Ethan."
We spent 2 months in Denver working with Coach Ethan. The lacrosse training was some of the best my son has been a part of. Not only was my son improving built he was truly looking forward to practice.
Coach Ethan teaches lacrosse in a way that the athletic skills that will transfer to other sports. He also teaches hard work and leadership."
What impresses us most is the relationship Christian has built with our son. He respects Christian tremendously and genuinely has fun at every session. Christian knows how to push kids while keeping training enjoyable, which is no small feat with a teenager.
The best part? Our son is now so motivated that he's started working out on his own. Christian didn't just make him a better athlete. He inspired a love of training and a work ethic that will carry him far beyond this season. If you're looking for a trainer who gets real results and connects with young athletes, Christian is the one. We're so grateful!"
A Proven Track Record
Our coaches have trained players who’ve gone on to compete at every level of the game — from the San Diego Seals of the NLL to programs across the country: Army, Bellarmine, Boston College, Bucknell, Denver, Harvard, High Point, Hobart, Hofstra, Jacksonville, Loyola, Mercyhurst, Northwestern, Penn, St. John’s, Vermont, Yale, Colorado Mesa, Concordia Irvine, Florida Tech, Tampa, Westminster, William Jewell, Baldwin Wallace, Carthage, Centre, Chatham, Colorado College, Lake Forest, Whittier, Point Park, and more.
Those paths look different — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and the pros — and that’s the point. We don’t train one type of player. We train players who want to get better, and we help them find the level that fits.

Current Legacy Athletes
The best way to show what development at Legacy can lead to is through the athletes who have done it. Legacy Athletes recognizes the boys and girls who have trained within our programs and gone on to compete at the next level. Here are just a few of our top athletes.
