Faceoff League

We are pleased to announce our partnership with the Faceoff Academy and Trevor Baptiste, alongside Faceoff League Director Brian Roach, to bring you one of the most advanced faceoff development programs around. The faceoff specialist is one of the most valuable players on the field, and MPH Faceoff League is built specifically for them. Players receive a mix of technique training, then put it to work in live, league-style faceoff competition every week.

It’s one of few faceoff programs in Colorado, and it’s here at Northern Colorado’s Home of Lacrosse Training. Learn weekly from Coach Roach with a monthly appearance from Coach Baptiste, one of the best to ever play the sport!

What Players Will Learn

Every session includes

• Faceoff-specific plyometrics, explosiveness, and first-step quickness work
• Decision-making training under varying levels of friction and constraints, including different opponents, whistle timing, and live outcomes, so players learn to read their matchup and adjust
• Coach Roach will lead most sessions, with a monthly appearance Coach Baptiste, one of the best to ever play the game.

• Faceoff fundamentals, including stance, grip, and hand placement
• Whistle reaction and explosiveness
• Clamps, rakes, and counters
• Reading and beating your opponent’s move
• Ground ball exits and turning wins into fast breaks
• Wing play and faceoff systems
• Live, league-style competition every week

• Coach Baptiste sessions highlighted for session 1.
• Session 2 (8 sessions): Jan 4, 11, 18, 25 · Feb 1, 8, 15, 22 | $400
• Both sessions (16 sessions): $650 (save $150)

Sessions are capped at 20 players per session, and spots are LIMITED.
