Lab

Build the Tools.

Complete skill development designed to build confident, well-rounded lacrosse players.

Stick work. Dodging. Shooting. Footwork. Decision-making. Competitive reps.

Whether a player is newer to the game or needs more time developing the fundamentals, Skills Lab gives them the repetitions and coaching to build their game.

Build the skills. Build the confidence.

Game
Lab

Learn the Game by Playing the Game.

Game Lab is small-sided, player-driven lacrosse built around more touches, more decisions, creativity, and competition.

Less standing around. Less instruction. More opportunities to see the game, solve problems, and make plays.

Players need coaching. They also need opportunities to play.

More touches. More decisions. More lacrosse.

MPH
Training

Train the Athlete. Develop the Player.

MPH is Legacy’s position-specific lacrosse development system for boys and girls.

Every MPH session combines position-specific lacrosse training with athlete-specific speed and explosiveness development — integrating plyometrics, agility, acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction systems around the demands of each athlete and their position.

Members can choose from boys, girls, and coed MPH sessions throughout the week.
